    Whistler Opening Day 2014 Video
    Whistler Blackcomb got blessed this season with an early snowfall and weather cold enough to make enough snow to open 5 days early!  We headed up with a video camera to check out all of the action and we were not disappointed.  It snowed 10cm overnight which meant fresh turns and blue skies, doesnt get much better than that....thanks Mother Nature, keep up the good work!!        ...

    New Whistler Gondolas
    With the start of a new season comes new gondolas, it is time to retire the old ones, they did an amazing job getting everyone up to the top of Whistler for over 26 years but as they always say “out with the old and in with the new”.....90,000 hours on the old gondolas; now that is impressive.
