Deposit Policy | If reserved OUTSIDE 30 DAYS: 1 night deposit at time of reservation Balance taken automatically 30 days/1 month prior to arrival date on same credit card If reserved INSIDE 30 DAYS: Full payment taken at time of reservation |
| Cancellation Policy and Fees | Outside 30 days: 1 night cancellation, non refundable. Inside 30 days, No Shows or Changes to the Reservation: Non-refundable (except lift passes on packages) 45 Day Advance Purchase Web Only Special: Non Refundable, full payment taken at time of booking and is non commissionable. |
| Check In | A credit card is required upon check-in for an authorization |
| Extra Person Fee | $30 plus taxes per person over 17 yrs of age |
| Nightly Parking Fee | Self Park is $22 plus tax, per vehicle and Valet parking is $26 plus tax, per vehicle. All Hybrid vehicles will receive Free Parking. |
| Age Requirement | All guests must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian; for stays over Martin Luther King long weekend (January) all guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian; non-compliance with this policy may forfeit your reservation. All guests will be required to present valid photo ID upon check-in. |

| Cancellation Policy and Fees | Outside 2 days: no penalty Inside 2 days, No Shows or Changes to the Reservation: Non-refundable 14 Day Advance Purchase Web Only Special: Non Refundable, full payment taken at time of booking and is non commissionable. |

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to 15% tax (5% GST, 8% PST and 2% MRDT).
