Privately located on our mezzanine level, the newly renovated Emerald Room offers 630 square feet of versatility. Features to the room include white board, wireless high speed internet access and cable TV access. With three oversized arched windows the true view of our "mountain haven" and all that Whistler has to offer is on display. The Emerald Room can approximately accommodate all styles of your meeting: Theature, U-Shape, Boardroom, Classroom or even a lounge.

Crystal Boardroom
Located on the 1st guest floor of the hotel, our 350 square foot Crystal Boardroom offers a contemporary space for your next meeting. Features include whiteboard, high speed internet access, hospitality area with fridge and a board table with high-back leather executive chairs that will accommodate up to 14 people.

Olympic Room
Located on the lobby level of the hotel, our Olympic Meeting Room is a unique L shaped 800 square foot design. Featuring a side hospitality area, white board and wireless high speed internet, this diverse and private meeting space can be used in many different ways. Ideally, the Olympic Room is a great lounge for people to meet, gather and relax after a hard day on the hill, or as a break out room from your meeting in the Emerald Room.

Suites 108, 109, 208 and 209
Our spacious 2 and 3 Bedroom Suites with fireplace TV unit offer wireless high speed internet, full kitchen, 2 washrooms and large balcony. With a large boardroom table (seating 6-8 people) and an abundance of natural lighting this is a perfect option for smaller retreats and meetings.

Conference Facilities
The Crystal Lodge and Suites is ideally located just steps away from the Whistler Conference Centre. Business conferences and industry meetings are welcomed to this first class, 65,000 square foot facility, capable of accommodating groups of up to 2,000 people in numerous settings.

The Whistler Conference Centre underwent a $12 million modernization project in 2003. With increased space, new environmental standards, and more features, the building has received rave reviews. For your convenience, we are more than happy to make arrangements for all your meeting space and catering requirements at the Whistler Conference Centre.
