Summer Policies

Deposit Policy	If reserved OUTSIDE 2 DAYS: Credit card taken to hold booking; no deposit required. Balance taken automatically 2 days prior to arrival date (on the same card) If reserved INSIDE 2 DAYS: Full payment taken at time of reservation
Cancellation Policy and Fees	Outside 2 days: no penalty Inside 2 days: Full payment applied to cancellations, no shows, late arrivals or early check outs (Extra person fees and age requirements are the same). 7 Day Advance Purchase Web Only Special - Non Refundable, full payment taken at time of booking and is non commissionable
Extra Person Fee	$30.00 plus taxes per person over 17 yrs of age
Age Requirement	All guests must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian; for stays over Victoria Day long weekend (May) all guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian; non-compliance with this policy may forfeit your reservation. All guests will be required to present valid photo ID upon check in.

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to 12% HST and 2% Hotel Tax. Above rates are based on single or double occupancy in Traditional, Large Traditional, Deluxe Studios, Lofts and 1 Bedroom Suites.
