Winter Policies

Deposit Policy	If reserved OUTSIDE 30 DAYS: 1 night deposit at time of reservation Deposit for Package: Flat Rate - $250.00 Balance taken automatically 30 days/1 month prior to arrival date on same credit card If reserved INSIDE 30 DAYS: Full payment taken at time of reservation
Cancellation Policy and Fees	Outside 30 days: 1 night cancellation charge, non-refundable Inside 30 days, No Shows or Changes to the Reservation: Non-refundable (except lift passes on packages)
Extra Person Fee	$30.00 plus taxes per person over 12 yrs of age
Age Requirement	All guests must be 21 years of age or accompanied by a parent/guardian

All rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to 5% GST and 10% Hotel Tax.

Above rates are based on single or double occupancy in Traditional, Large Traditional and Deluxe Rooms, and quad occupancy in Loft, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Suites. Rates for the 3 Bedroom Suite are based on a 6 person occupancy.
