a parent/guardian; for stays over Martin Luther King long weekend (January) all guests must be over the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian; non-compliance with this policy may forfeit your reservation. All guests will be required to present valid photo ID upon check in. |

Above rates are based on single or double occupancy in Traditional, Large Traditional, Deluxe Studios, Lofts and 1 Bedroom Suites. Quad occupancy for 2 Bedroom Suites. 3 Bedroom Suites are based on a 6 person occupancy.
