What To Do in Whistler: Easter Weekend 2020 | Crystal Lodge
Easter is a fun time for the whole family: Easter Egg Hunts, Spring Skiing, and all the chocolate you desire. The days are longer and more time can be spent enjoying the fun things Whistler has to offer There are so many things to do in Whistler over Easter weekend so we’ve compiled the list for you:
1. Whistler Community Easter Egg Hunt
Going on 11 years, the annual Whistler Community Easter Egg Hunt is one you won’t want to miss. It takes place at Myrtle Phillip Community School on Saturday, April 11th, the hunt starts at 10:00am sharp! Baskets are not provided so make sure to bring your own. Get ready for live entertainment, an appearance from the Easter Bunny, and food for purchase. Entry is $10 per family. To learn more information, check out their Facebook Event Page.
2. Spring Skiing
The sun is shining and there’s no better time to take in the fresh mountain air. While Whistler mountain is open until May 25, 2020, Blackcomb shuts down the Gondola on April 20, 2020. Take the opportunity and ski while you still can. Maybe shed a layer or two before hitting the slopes in the Spring. It’s all about those warm sunny blue bird days on the mountain. 3. Tube Park
If your family isn’t up for skiing, a fun alternative is the Coca-Cola Tube Park. No skills are required to visit the tube park, making it perfect for a family activity. Make sure to pack some snow pants, a pair of sunglasses, and be prepared to have a whole lot of fun! The park closes on April 20, 2020.
