The Whistler Writers Festival has been around for many years, it was previously called the Whistler Readers and Writers Festival.  This annual fall event brings people together to celebrate the written word.  If you love to read or write this is your chance to meet some renowned authors and take in live speakers panels.  You can also attend workshops on such things as publishing before you gather with other readers and writers for an evening of music and great conversation.
