Sales Associate

The Crystal Lodge is seeking a motivated and guest-focused Sales Associate to join our Sales & Marketing team. This role plays a key part in supporting the full reservations and sales cycle while delivering exceptional pre-arrival service to our guests.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Associate works closely with the Sales & Events Coordinator and Revenue Manager to ensure seamless reservations processes, accurate bookings, and strong sales support across all channels.

Night Auditor

Front Desk Agent

Welcoming and creating a hospitable environment for guests from check-in to check-out, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and create authentic Whistler experiences for them. Your attention to detail and friendly demeanor will ensure that guests have a delightful and memorable stay.

House Attendant

Dipping your finger into all the Housekeeping departments pots makes a succesful House Attendant. From supporting the Housekeeping team, to tending to public areas and dropping items to guest room, the possibilites are almost endless!
