RUN COMFY NUMB
RUN COMFY NUMB
Run Comfy Numb is Whistler’s OG trail race, locally owned and running strong since 2004.
- Date: Saturday May 31st, 2025
Get ready for an unforgettable adventure on the trails! Whether you’re drawn to the iconic 25km Run Comfy Numb course or eager to conquer the epic 50km, this event has it all. Expect exhilarating climbs, thrilling descents, and countless sweeping vistas along a nearly all singletrack route. It’s no surprise that Run Comfy Numb is a standout favorite among trail runners year after year.
This race first started in 2004, directly after the Comfortably Numb trail was completed. The trail, a masterpiece designed and built by local legend Chris Markle and crew, was originally a point-to-point with no shortcuts, no exits, and no cell reception. Once you were committed, you were all in. It has changed a little over the years but still remains the longest point-to-point trail in the Whistler Valley.
The elevation of the trail hides the difficulty of the black diamond tech, which includes rock rolls, roots, and wooden bridge work. It is truly a trail masterpiece.
