hello

Bike race comes to Whistler

  • Date: June 16, 17, 2023

An all-terrain race that features rider’s skills and their ability to switch between trail, gravel and dirt. This event has two courses available, one 60km trail and a shorter 42km trail. Bikers can choose what fits their comfort levels, with each course offering challenges along the way and two rest stops.

Longer trail:

You’ll start in Spruce Grove and take a scenic trip around Lost Lake. Then you hit the Sea to Sky highway up to Pemberton and then back down to Whistler. This route climbs 1,258m and includes 24 trail systems. After this feat, you can enjoy a beer, soft drink and or snack with fellow competitors.

Short trail:

Starting in the same location as the longer route, Spruce Grove, you’ll also get to enjoy a ride around Lost Lake and partway up to Pemberton. The Sea to Sky Highway offers views of the surrounding mountains, green lake and a quick view of Whistler’s north neighbourhoods. It takes approximately 2.5 hours to complete 894m of elevation gain and 22 different trails.

Each course will test your physical ability, offering steep punches, muddy tires, tight switchbacks and a memory that will last a lifetime!
