This year’s theme, Celebrating Our Natural Beauty & Stories, invites guests and community members to reflect on the people, places, and landscapes that make Whistler so special. Highlights include a lively non-motorized parade along the Village Stroll, engaging village animation, storytelling, family-friendly activities, and a free evening concert at Whistler Olympic Plaza.

The evening concert features Canadian Music Hall of Fame inductee Steven Page, performing with the Steven Page Trio and String Quartet. DJ Foxy Moron will open the show, setting the stage for an unforgettable night of free outdoor music surrounded by mountain views.

Whistler is located on the shared, traditional territories of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nation and Líl̓wat Nation. Canada Day is also a time to reflect on the fullness of Canada’s history and our ongoing relationship with Indigenous peoples. Guests are encouraged to explore cultural experiences throughout the weekend, including visits to the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, Whistler Museum, and Audain Art Museum.
