Crystal Green Choice
The environment is very important to each and everyone of us, that is why we here at The Crystal Lodge strive towards sustainable living. Recycling, composting, energy conservation and the option to waive housekeeping services during your stay are a few things we do to offset our carbon footprint.
Damage Waivers/Security Deposit:
All guests must present valid photo ID upon check in and a valid credit card for security deposit authorization. No cash security deposits taken.
Minimum Age Requirements:
All guests must be 21 years or older to check into the hotel unless accompanied by parent / guardian whom is staying in their room.
Disruptive noise and behaviour in the guestrooms and common spaces is prohibited.
May Victoria Day long weekend and Martin Luther King weekend the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.
Extra Person Charge:
An additional $30 per adult (18+) per night room charge may apply depending on the room type booked. Please note - no roll away beds are avaliable.
Children under 17 stay free when accompanied by a parent/guardian using existing bedding in room. Baby cribs available upon request.
$22 per night per vehicle self park, $26 per night per vehicle valet
Free parking for hybrid vehicles.
SUMMER: April 19th - November 25th, 2015 - You will not be charged if cancelling 2 days or more prior to the day of arrival. If cancelling within 2 days of arrival, you will be charged full reservation.
WINTER: November 26th, 2015- April 16th 2016 - If cancelling 30 days or more prior to the date of arrival, you will be charged equivalent of one night’s stay. If cancelling within 30 days of arrival, you will be charged full for the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable

"One of my favorite hotels in the world"
It is possible to fluke a flawless visit to a hotel. It could also be said with a little luck you could have an exceptional guest experience with little or no input from the staff and administration of an establishment. This being the case we decided to return to the Crystal for a second year in a row (something we have never done anywhere else in the world) to see if our first visit was a fluke. I am very happy to confirm it was not. The staff team from front desk to housekeeping are all exceptional and I couldn’t fault one single function, task or attitude in the building. I genuinely feel that they care about my experience and stay with them both in and out of their hotel. I hope this review encourages you to stay with them, I hope it encourages the team there to carry on doing exactly what they are doing. And I hope to see them again in the future. Well done guys and thank you for another magical stay.
