Fear not; we’ve got you covered with this 5-day/4-Night summer itinerary that highlights the best summer activities in Whistler. Pack your bags, grab your hiking boots and let’s start exploring the stunning scenery, indulge in delicious food and experience thrilling adventures.

Sea to Sky Gondola: The drive from Vancouver to Whistler is of the most scenic drives in Canada. Before you get to Whistler, stop in Squamish and take a ride on the Sea to Sky Gondola. Overlook the Howe Sound for a stunning view.


Dinner in the village: You arrived! we’re so happy you’re here. After a big travel day, eat at one of Whistler’s most central pubs- the Beacon Pub & Eatery. Take in the mountain atmosphere from their patio, have a beer and fill your belly.

Day 1

Get familiar! Be part of Whistler culture.


Breakfast: Go to Pangea Cafe, which is only steps away from Crystal Lodge. In the heart of Whistler, you’ll be able to eat good food while soaking up views of the stroll.


Whitewater Rafting: A big part of west coast culture is outdoor recreation. Channel your inner Whistler and get your heart pounding while floating down the river.

Village Shopping: Walk the stroll to see the summer events going on while stopping and shopping. Catch those summer deals!


Dinner in the village: A big day on your feet requires a nice dinner! The Mexican Corner is a classic on the main stroll with handcrafted margaritas and authentic Mexican cuisine.

Day 2

Let’s get wild! it’s time for a day of thrill.


Breakfast: Fuel up at Hunter Gather, where you can enjoy a local meal and get excited for the day ahead!


Zipline: Ready to zip-zip-zipline? Let’s go! One of Whistler’s fun summer activities is flying over the treetops. It’s a great way to cool down in the summer heat.

Lake Hop: After you’re done above the trees, get grounded and go lake hopping for the afternoon. Rent bikes from PREMIUM Mountain Rentals and ride the valley trail to see Whistler’s 5 lakes.


ATV Tour: Finish this epic day with an ATV tour to a salmon bake dinner up in the mountains. Canadian Wilderness offers a spectacular tour that climbs 6,000ft.


Scandinave Spa/Justa Jeskova

Day 3

Phew! What an adventure you’ve been on so far! It’s time to relax.


Breakfast: Nestled into the corner of the village is Stonesedge Kitchen. Perfect for brunch on a slow morning!


Golf: Now that you’re full, get out on the green and go for a round of golf at Nicklaus North.  Stop at Table-19 for lunch on their patio.

Spa Time: Scandinave Spa will then be waiting for you for an afternoon retreat. Relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy the hushed silence of the forest.


Wine Tasting Tour:  End your trip with a bang and indulge yourself with a great Whistler deal. Choose from 1 or 3 wine tasting tours and explore the Whistler Village favourites.

Departure day

You’ve completed Whistler’s summer itinerary, but don’t worry; you can come back soon!


Stop at one of Whistler’s coffee shops:  Grab a pastry and coffee for the road! Moguls, Lift Coffee Company or Blenz Coffee Whistler are all great picks.

See a waterfall: Shannon Falls is a classic pit stop right off the Sea to Sky highway back down to Vancouver. With the falls soaring 335m above you, this is a great last hooray before heading back to the city.

There is so much more to do in Whistler too! Spend your days exploring Whistler Mountain with the Peak 2 Peak Gondola and hiking in the alpine.  Get an adrenaline rush in the Whistler Bike Park, with Whistler Bungee, or Bobsledding.  Have a relaxing day paddleboarding, golfing, or bear viewing.  At the end of the day come home to one of our beautifully appointed guestrooms, cool off in our outdoor pool, and enjoy a delicious meal at some of the best restaurants in BC.
