Whistler Spring Skiing
Warmer temperatures, longer days, sun-soaked patios, soft corn snow, and pristine terrain parks are just part of what makes spring such an amazing time at Whistler Blackcomb. While Whistler Mountain closed yesterday, the good times continue with Blackcomb Mountain extending skiing and riding until May 27.
"Whistler Blackcomb is lucky to boast one of the longest ski seasons in North America,” says Stuart Rempel, Senior VP of Marketing and Sales at Whistler Blackcomb. “Whether it is skiing freshly groomed corn snow, or enjoying an après beverage while listening to live music on the patio of Merlin's, we want to make sure guests have the best possible spring experience. These tips will help everyone have an incredible time at Whistler Blackcomb.”
Starting April 22, Blackcomb Mountain will open at 10am each day, giving guests some extra time to enjoy a delicious breakfast at the mix by Ric's right inside the hotel. Alternatively you could awaken your senses with one of the complimentary yoga sessions at Lululemon or why not just treat yourself to a lie in and breakfast in your luxury hotel bed.

My girlfriend and I are in our late 20's. We drove up from Seattle for the long holiday weekend. The hotel is literally in the center of it all! Excellent location. We arrived early and checked in around noon. We were told the room wasn't ready yet but we could give them a cell phone number if the room came available early. They called within about 30 min. The service was great! The room was clean and very comfortable. Being in the center of the village we had everything at our finger tips! Great Hotel! I will be back in the winter for sure!
